The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application procedure.
Applications are now open and will close on 15 December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must satisfy the subsequent requirements:
• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who comes from a home which has a combined gross home income that doesn't exceed R350 000 for each annum.
• Individuals with disabilities qualify if their combined family profits would not exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and wish not submit any evidence of income.
